PRODUCTION OF SOYBEAN POWDER BY REMOVING FOREIGN MATERIAL FROM SOYBEANS AND PRODUCTION OF TOFU HAVING HIGH MOISTURE CONTENT AND NUTRIENTS AND GOOD EXTERNAL APPEARANCE WITH OBTAINED SOYBEAN POWDER

摘要

PURPOSE: A method of making soybean powder by passing soybeans through a shaker, a cleaner and a stone separator in two stages to remove foreign material, controlling soybean moisture, dehulling and grinding soybeans is provided. The obtained soybean powder is mixed with deep sea water to give tofu having high moisture content and nutrients and good external appearance. CONSTITUTION: The soybean powder is prepared by the steps of: removing foreign material from soybeans by passing through a shaker and a cleaner in the first stage; removing stone, steels or the like by passing through a stone separator attached with a magnet adapter in the second stage; controlling the moisture of soybeans by passing through a drying machine; dehulling soybeans by passing through a dehulling machine attached with an air separator and grinding soybeans to 15meshes. The soybean powder is mixed with deep sea water and an adequate amount of coagulants to give tofu.
