PURPOSE: Provided is a biaxially oriented adhesive polyester film suitable for use as a base film for prism lens brightness enhance film used in LCD, as a base film for hard coat processing or anti-reflection film and as a protecting film in CPR. CONSTITUTION: The optical adhesive film comprises a biaxially oriented polyester film having thickness of at least 50 micrometers as a substrate and polymer adhesive layers formed upon at least one side of the substrate. The film has the whole light transmittance of at least 90%, and the haze increase of up to 0.5% when heated for 120 minutes at 150 deg.C. The biaxially oriented polyester film is the polyester film based on polyethyleneterephthalate. The polymer adhesive layer consists of copolymerized polyester based resin and polyurethane based resin.
