PURPOSE: A control method of an air conditioner system for a vehicle is provided to remove inconvenience that a user directly converts an intake mode into a recycle mode and to surely secure the performance of an air conditioner, by forcibly converting the intake mode into the recycle mode if the air conditioner operates while a blower motor operates. CONSTITUTION: A control method of an air conditioner system for a vehicle comprises steps of determining whether a blower motor operates(S1); determining whether an air conditioner operates(S2); determining whether the temperature is in a state of air-conditioning the vehicle room(S3); determining an exhaust vent is an air-conditioning vent or vent/foot or foot(S4); and forcibly converting an intake mode into a recycle mode(S5).
