PURPOSE: Provided are a double-structured jelly containing high concentration of live lactic acid bacteria and a manufacturing method thereof. Therefore, the intake of high concentration of lactic acid bacteria becomes easy and the lactic bacteria have improved viability even though long-term storage. CONSTITUTION: The double-structured jelly is composed of a first jelly which contains 1x10¬9-5x10¬11 CFU of live lactic bacteria/g and a second jelly which contains 1x10¬9 CFU of live lactic bacteria/g. The lactic bacteria have antiobesity activity, are hardly decomposed by digestion enzyme and produces polysaccharides.
