PURPOSE: A driver apparatus of an image display device, its program and record medium, an image display device and a television receiver are provided to improve response speed of a pixel without degrading display quality of an image displayed on each pixel. CONSTITUTION: An input port receives the first gray level data indicating a gray level of each pixel. A noise addition unit(34) adds noise data to the first gray level data, and generates the second gray level data. A noise generation unit(35) generates noise data so that noise data added to the first gray level data has random volume, and provides the noise data to the noise addition unit. A memory unit(31) stores the second gray level data of the pixel until the second gray level data of next turn is inputted. The first correction unit corrects the second gray level data.
