PURPOSE: A shutter opening/closing apparatus and a disk drive device are provided to make front sections of the first and second coupling members attached to a base move in an orthogonal direction, thereby maintaining a coupled state between the first and second coupling members for a long time while reducing a load applied to the front sections when the coupling members are coupled or separated. CONSTITUTION: Front sections of the first coupling member(75) and the second coupling member(79) attached to a base(66) move in a direction orthogonal with one side of each case while shaking, so that a coupled state between the first and second coupling members(75,79) is maintained longer with regards to the first coupled portion and the second coupled portion of an internal rotor.
