PURPOSE: A device for recording cellular phone information is provided to record/preserve various information stored in a cellular phone at another device. CONSTITUTION: A communication port(5) is connected to a communication port(3) comprised in a cellular phone(2). A USB converter circuit(6) inputs cellular phone information to store the information in a recording device, and inputs information on other information communication apparatus to store the information in the cellular phone(2). A detachable flash memory(7) separately stores/manages the information stored in the cellular phone(2). A USB port(8) outputs the stored/managed information to the other information communication apparatus to display the information, and inputs the information on the other communication apparatus in the USB converter circuit(6) to store the information in the cellular phone(2).
