摘要

PURPOSE: Provided are an organophilic inorganic layered-compound, an elastomer nano composite of a diene-based copolymer using the same, which has improved mechanical properties such as tensile strength and thermal stability, elasticity and transmissivity, and a manufacturing method thereof. CONSTITUTION: The organophilic inorganic layered-compound is prepared by reacting an inorganic layered-compound with an ammonium compound which has a nitroxide group at the end and is represented by the formula 1, wherein each of R1 and R2 is the same or different, and represents hydrogen atom, methyl group or nitro group; each of R3, R4 and R5 is the same or different, and represents hydrogen atom, phenyl group, C4-C8-cycloalkyl group or C1-C20-alkyl group; and X is a halogen atom. The elastomer nano composite is prepared by mixing 0.1-30 wt% of polystyrene which is obtained by polymerization of vinyl-based monomers using the above organophilic inorganic layered-compound as an initiator with 70-99.9 wt% of diene-based copolymer.
