PURPOSE: A device for changing a telephone bell sound is provided to store recorded bell sounds and downloaded bell sounds in a memory, so that a user can freely select a desired bell sound. CONSTITUTION: A key input unit(100) is comprised. A converter(120) converts a signal for a bell sound recorded by a user. A memory(110) stores the converted bell sound. A controller(130) has an Internet access function and a telephone bell sound selection function, and controls a storing and an outputting of the signal for the bell sound. When the user wants to change the telephone bell sound, the user can press a bell sound changing button of the key input unit(100).
