PURPOSE: A construction method for an arch structure using a movable arch timbering device is provided to cut down the material cost and labor cost required for installing timber, and to execute a construction work stably with low expenses using pre-manufactured timbering. CONSTITUTION: The construction method for an arch structure using a movable arch timbering device comprises the steps of: installing piers(26) at regular intervals to install an arch structure, forming a foundation(27) between the piers(26), then installing a temporary bent(29) and installing supporting brackets(24) on the pier(26) to support a launching girder(25); installing a shift device for a launching girder(25) to the upper part of the temporary bent(29); installing a launching girder(25) over two spans; installing a jack bolt and a hydraulic cylinder on both lower ends of the temporary bent(29) and installing unit arch timbering provided with a driving motor and a saddle having a roller on a frame to install a movable arch timber(20); moving the launching girder(25) provided with the movable arch timber(20) to a site for an arch structure using a shift device for a launching girder; installing a movable arch timber(20) by moving and installing unit arch timber(50) to the inside of the pier(26) by stages using a driving motor fixed with a saddle to move the launching girder(25) to the inside of the pier(26) where an arch structure is installed; operating a jack bolt and a hydraulic cylinder which support a horizontal support(23) installed to both lower ends of the unit arch timber(50) to have an interval; pushing both lower ends of the unit arched timber(50) inward; keeping an interval by a space control bolt and a nut installed between the pier(26) and the lower end of the unit arch timber(50); fixing using a bolt and a nut of a joint(40) formed on the upper end of the unit arch timber(50); inserting a spacer between the unit arch timber(50) and a lower form(22); fixing the space control bolt and nut completely, assembling/arranging reinforcing bars between upper and lower forms(22) and placing concrete; operating a jack bolt and a hydraulic cylinder installed on both lower parts of the unit arch timber(50) installed to the inside of the pier(26); moving a movable arch timber(20) on the saddle using a driving motor anchored on the unit arch timber; moving the saddle to the site for installing a new arched structure; and completing the construction of an arched bridge structure by repeating above stages.
