PURPOSE: Provided is a process for continuous fractional distillation for separating benzene, toluene and xylene from an effluent mixture discharged from a naphtha reforming process, which reduces energy consumption significantly and simplifies a distillation unit to reduce the cost needed therefor. CONSTITUTION: The process for continuous fractional distillation of benzene, toluene and xylene comprises: supplying a charge (an effluent mixture discharged from a naphtha reforming reactor) to a central main tower(I) equipped with a reboiler and a cooler; passing a mixture having a first middle melting point to a first supplementary tower(II); passing a mixture having a second middle melting point to a second supplementary tower(III); and performing fractional distillation of each component in each of the main tower(I), the first supplementary tower(II) and the second supplementary tower(III).
