PURPOSE: A push rod structure of a disposable safety syringe is provided to prevent the needle, inserted into the inside of a cylinder, from getting out of the cylinder at any time, by forced-inserting the cut push rod into the cylinder after using the syringe. CONSTITUTION: The push rod structure of a disposable safety syringe includes; a push rod(13), inserted into a cylinder(11) whose front side has an injection port(12) as one body, and having a body(13a) with many flanges which are radially projected so as to form the cross-shaped section of the push rod(13); a piston(14), supplying the cylinder(11) with compression or suction force according to the movement of the push rod(13); a needle fixing member(15), arranged in a tight-contacted and divisible manner inside the injection port(12); a grip piece(13b), arranged on the rear end of the body(13a) and used for moving the push rod(13) forth and back; and a hanged piece(13c); a push rod projection(13d); and a cut groove(13e) to be broken after using the syringe.
