摘要

PURPOSE: Provided is a nanocomposite membrane, which has increased surface roughness obtained by interfacial polymerization of an aqueous solution with organic solution each containing additives on a porous support, and thus shows improved transmission flux through the membrane. CONSTITUTION: The nanocomposite membrane is manufactured by the method comprising interfacial polymerization of a multifunctional amine compound-containing aqueous solution with an amine reactive compound-containing organic solution. The method comprises the steps of: (i) dipping a porous support into an aqueous solution containing a multifunctional amine compound, amine salt, alcohol, ether and a phosphorus-based organic substance for 1-2 minutes and removing an excessive amount of amine solution; (ii) further dipping the support into a C8-C12 isoparaffin-based organic solution containing an amine reactive compound and phosphorus- or ketone-based organic substance for 2-3 minutes to perform interfacial polymerization; and (iii) heating the support at 85-95 deg.C for 3-4 minutes and dipping it into a weak alkaline solution.
