PURPOSE: A system and a method for marketing on the Internet using Internet services and a telephone voice information system are provided to enable an advertiser to receive rewards from an Internet marketing system through a code offered from a voice information service system by making the advertiser advertise a banner including the code and making a user use the service from a site without registration. CONSTITUTION: The Internet marketing site collects the advertiser for a single number voice information service. The user connects to the voice information service through only the adult certification by clicking the banner of the advertiser or directly connecting to the site, and the advertiser is registered as a recommender to a DBMS(DataBase Management System). As the voice information system transmits user information to the DBMS in real-time when the user uses the service, user data is individually processed and marketing expense is calculated/provided to the advertiser in real-time.
