摘要

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a luminous sign tile is provided to simplify the fabrication process and give a luminous sign tile with a printed layer having an appropriate thickness and no blotting. The luminous sign tile is not easily deformed or broken by heat, thereby fully serving its function when a fire breaks out. CONSTITUTION: The method for fabricating a luminous sign tile comprises: mixing 50-70pts.wt of a luminous pigment, 30-50pts.wt of a phosphorescence pigment, based on 100pts.wt of a glass powder for engraving in relief on a tile; adding thereto 30-50pts.wt of oil, based on 100pts.wt of glass powder for engraving in relief on a tile; printing the mixture on a transfer paper by using a metal mask method; attaching the resulted transfer paper onto the tile(70); and firing the tile so that the glass powder is melted and fixed to the tile.
