CAST-IN-PLACE HEAT AND SOUND INSULATION MATERIALS USING CSA(CaO-Al2O3-SO3) INSTEAD OF CEMENT AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided are cast-in-place mixtures excellent in heat and sound insulation, and compression strength by replacing cement with CSA(CaO-Al2O3-SO3). CONSTITUTION: The sound and heat insulation materials comprise 0.5-10vol.% of CSA, 1-70vol.%(based on CSA) of admixtures such as gypsum, fly ash and dolomite, 70-90vol.% of lightweight aggregates(3-5mm size) such as expanded polystyrene and urethane chip for heat insulation, 1-5vol.% of high elastic binder such as acrylic acid and acrylate ester(methyl, t-butyl, 2-ethoxy acrylate, etc.) for strength, durability and degradation resistance, and 8-12vol.% of water. The resultant mixtures applied to Korean floor heating system(Ondol), slab and gas tube, are manufactured by mixing the above materials to get a slurry, adding 1-34vol.% of foams to the slurry and mixing.
