PURPOSE: Provided are a shielded cable device which is improved in a shielding property and is made with a low cost and its preparation method. CONSTITUTION: The shielded cable device comprises a conductor; and a conductive shield surrounding the conductor, wherein the conductive shield comprises a conductive loaded resin-based material provided with a conductive material in a base resin host. Preferably the conductive material comprises a metal powder, a non-metal powder, a mixture of a metal powder and a non-metal powder, a micro conductive fiber, or a mixture of a conductive power and a conductive fiber; and its content to the base host is about 0.20-0.40 by weight. Preferably the metal powder is nickel, copper or silver, or a material plated with nickel, copper or silver; the non-metal powder is carbon, graphite or an amine-based material; and the micro conductive fiber is a nickel-plated carbon fiber, a stainless steel fiber, a copper fiber, a silver fiber or their mixture.
