PURPOSE: A wireless communication terminal having a Braille input/output function is provided to interpret inputted Braille information to process the interpreted information, and to interpret character data into Braille information, then to vibrate vibrators mounted on each button according to the Braille information, so that a user can recognize contents of the received character data. CONSTITUTION: A wireless transceiver(11) transmits character data, which is inputted in Braille information type from an input/output unit(15) and then interpreted through a standard Braille information storage(14), to the outside, and receives externally transmitted character data. A Braille interpreter(13) interprets character data to be outputted to the input/output unit(15) into Braille information, compares Braille information inputted from the input/output unit(15) with standard Braille information, and interprets into character data. The input/output unit(15) vibrates buttons according to the interpreted Braille information, so that the visually impaired can recognize contents of the character data, and receives Braille-type character data from the visually impaired. A controller(12) transmits the interpreted character data to an RAM(16), and transmits or outputs character data stored in the RAM(16).
