PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braille type ink character input method, a braille type ink character input program and a braille type ink character input device for achieving much more efficient braille input while using a contact type input part.SOLUTION: In a braille type ink character input method, a braille type ink character input program and a braille type ink character input device 50, a time since a pointer such as the finger is brought into contact with an input panel surface 20 until it leaves is defined as one stroke, and a braille input area passing until the end of one stroke is recognized so that braille input can be performed. Thus, it is possible to achieve much higher speed and efficient braille input than conventional braille input using a key or the like.
