PURPOSE: A packer for a micro pile and a pressure-type micro pile construction method are provided to maximize a reinforcing effect by using an H-beam as a stiffener and to shorten a term of works by minimizing the number of grouts and the setting time by pressurizing-grouting. CONSTITUTION: A packer for a micro pile inserted into an upper end of the inner diameter of a hole bored through the ground in constructing the micro pile to reinforce the ground is composed of a cylindrical unwoven fabric(31) having the predetermined length and first and second packings(33a,33b) inserted and fixed to both ends of the unwoven fabric to close a cylindrical space and formed with a plurality of through-holes(35a,35b,35c,35d,35e,35f,35g) through which a stiffener, a grouting injection tube, a foam urethane injection tube, and an air and foreign material-discharging tube pass.
