PURPOSE: A method for notifying of a consultation hour by using a cellular phone is provided to calculate a waiting time, to compare the calculated results with a predicted arrival time of a next user who is on the waiting list, and then to inform the user that a time has come, at which the user have to depart for a medical office, thereby preventing the user from waiting for a long time at the hospital. CONSTITUTION: A system stores predicted consultation hours, predicted arrival times, and cellular phone numbers of each reserved patient(user). If the first wait-listed user starts receiving a medical treatment, the system confirms whether a predicted arrival time value of a next wait-listed user exists between a predicted consultation time added up from the first waited-listed user to a user prior to the next wait-listed user and a predicted consultation time added up from a user following the first waited-listed user to the user prior to the next wait-listed user, and if so, the system transmits a message for announcing a starting time to a cellular phone of the next wait-listed user. If the predicted arrival time value does not exist, the second wait-listed user starts receiving a medical treatment. And then, the system confirms whether a predicted arrival time value of a next wait-listed user exists between a predicted consultation time added up from the second waited-listed user to the user prior to the next wait-listed user and a predicted consultation time added up from a user following the second waited-listed user to the user prior to the next wait-listed user, and if so, the system transmits a message for announcing a starting time to a cellular phone of the next wait-listed user. The system repeats the procedure as many as necessary according to the number of wait-listed users, and transmits the message to cellular phones of each wait-listed user.
