PURPOSE: A distance and climate data system and transmitting method are provided to allow a hub to calculate a distance between the hub and a client and transmit the calculated result to the client and also wind direction, wind velocity, temperature and humidity data of the hub to the client. CONSTITUTION: A control module(110) controls a hub(100). A timer module(120) measures time. A storage module(130) stores ID codes of clients, data transmitted from the clients, a distance calculation formula, a constant, a variable and a sensed delay time of a sense signal. An RF module(140) allows wireless communicating with the clients. A wind direction sensor(150) senses a wind direction. A wind velocity sensor(160) senses a wind velocity. A temperature sensor(170) senses a temperature. A humidity sensor(180) senses the humidity. A communication port(190) allows changing of the constant, the variable and the sensed delay time of the sense signal.
