PURPOSE: A steel frame for constructing a retaining wall is provided to construct the retaining wall easily and quickly by integrally forming the steel frame with an outer panel without additional professional workers. CONSTITUTION: A steel frame is composed of an outer panel(30) corrugated and composed of bent recessed parts(31) arranged at regular intervals; central steel reinforcement bars(10) arranged up and down, zigzagged, bent and composed of panel fixing parts(11) combined alternately with the bent recessed parts and panel combination parts(12) with the triangular structure; a steel reinforcement bar assembling part(32) having an assembling hole for assembling the panel combination part of the central steel reinforcement bar; and an assembling bar(40) fitted to the panel fixing part of the central steel reinforcement bar combined with the steel reinforcement bar assembling part formed by a supporting steel reinforcing bar(20).
