摘要

PURPOSE: An oil filter and a gas cooler of blow by gas for a gasoline engine are provided to improve the fuel consumption ratio, to save fuel, to reduce smoke, and to increase output. CONSTITUTION: A bracket(7) is arranged to an oil filter body(5) and an upper discharge port is installed to the right upper end of the oil filter body. An injection port(3) of a gas cooler(2) is installed to the upper end of the upper discharge port. The injection port is installed to a cover(4) of the front of the oil filter body. The inside of the oil filter body is formed as a space of a right-angled hexahedral shape and the upper discharge port is installed to the end of the space. Stainless filtering nets are inserted in the front and rear of the space. The inside of the filtering nets is filled with activated carbon. The cover closes the front of the oil filter body and fixing bolts(6) are fixed. The injection port is connected to a blow by gas discharge port installed to a head cover by a rubber hose. Plural cooling fans(13) for aiding the cooling are projected to the upper end of a gas cooler body(12). Vent holes are formed in the gas cooler to facilitate the flowing of gas and a discharge port is installed to the end of the vent hole. The upper discharge port is installed to the right end of the oil filter body. The gas cooler is installed to a lower injection port of the gas cooler. The gas cooler body and the oil filter body are connected by fixing bands(16) and are fastened to a manifold cover by the bracket.
