Purpose: a self-refresh period generator is arranged to prevent loss of yield, unsuccessfully fixes a fuse or substitution metal without self refresh by selection chip. Construction: according to self-refresh period generator, an adjustable delay adjustment unit (210) changeably determines a delay time according to a test model output signal. One oscillator (220) is arranged according to the delay of adjustable delay adjustment unit generates an oscillator signal, when enabling a self refresh signal. Adjustable delay adjustment unit includes that current flowing is postponed by increased multiple delay devices, delay time flowing is reduced by these current reduction number of delay devices, when test model output signal is in the first logic step, increase delay time through these current increase number of delay device flowings, when test model output signal is in two-level logic step.
