摘要

PURPOSE: A method for detecting a trunk line signal in an exchange is provided to enable an exchange to sense a type of each trunk line signal transmitted from a remote exchange when data is initialized, a trunk line board is mounted and hardware is reset. CONSTITUTION: Data to be compared is generated(S31). The generated data is compared with reception sense bits of a trunk line signal in a real time state(S32). If the generated data is the same as the reception sense bits, it is transited to an idle state to prepare an exchange operation(S35). If the generated data is different from the reception sense bits, the reception sense bits of the trunk line signal in the real time state are compared with a trunk line block signal(S33). If the compared values are the same, a call processor is informed of detection of the corresponding trunk line block signal(S34) and then it is transited to an idle state to prepare an exchange operation(S35).
