PURPOSE: To provide a molding method capable of securing a technology for manufacturing high precision superhard metal parts having a complicated shape that are hard to work in metal powder injection molding and actively coping with requirements of various industries. CONSTITUTION: The method is a metal powder injection molding technology comprising a degreasing process of removing a large amount of binder after injecting a mixture of metal powder and binder into a complicated shape, and a sintering process of sintering the complicated shaped mixture to give strength to products, wherein the metal powder comprises WC having an average particle size, and the binder controls components of wax based binder system so that injection molding is performed by reducing residual stress of thin products due to temperature gradient, wherein the optimum filling ratio of WC-6Co% having the average particle size of 1.3 μm is 58% in the metal powder, wherein the binder system has a composition of 25%EVA-25%PW-20%BW-20%CW-5%SA, wherein the metal powder further comprises carbide in addition to WC-6%Co, wherein the binder system comprises PW (paraffin wax) and EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) having thermoplastic property, and SA (stearic acid) is added to the binder system to reduce viscous property of feedstock and improve wettability between powder and binder, and wherein the binder system further comprises (BW) bees wax and CW (canauba wax).
