PURPOSE: A multi-story structure of a house is provided to improve the utilization and functional ability of a room without breakage of a bearing wall and to secure married couple's privacy. CONSTITUTION: In a multi-story structure of a house having a living room(20) and plural bedrooms, a first multi-story part(30) is arranged to a side of the living room and a second multi-story part(40) is arranged to an upper side of a bedroom(22). The first multi-story part allows comings and goings through the living room. The second multi-story part allows comings and goings just through the bedroom. The first multi-story part is arranged at a predetermined distance from the end of the living room. The wall surface of the second multi-story part comprises plural glass walls(32). A dress room(43) is arranged to a side of the second multi-story part.
