Construction: refrigerant gas with the condensed water from the low temperature that an evaporation coil (10) generates and is collected in a water tank (4) by a main body of (28) one indoor unit of the inner coil exchange heat installed on the inside of a heat exchanger. Heat exchanging condensate water is transformed into hot water and is moved by a drain pipe by an entrance condensed water of supply heat exchanger, stays in a top of the heat exchanger by convection current.
