摘要

PURPOSE: A gas phase purifying method of carbon nano-structured materials, using fluidization process is provided to effectively eliminate non-crystalline carbon and impurities of catalytic metal in a short time. CONSTITUTION: The method for purifying carbon nano-structured materials comprises the process of removing impurities from the carbon nano-structured materials by contacting the carbon nano structured materials with reactive gas in a fluidization region which is formed in a reaction furnace by carrier gas ejected from the bottom or the bottom and top of the reaction furnace. The method further comprises heat treatment after the impurities removal process. In the method, the carrier gas is air, nitrogen, helium or argon gas. The reactive gas is at least one of oxidizing gas and acidic gas and is supplied simultaneously or sequentially.
