PURPOSE: A microorganism Streptomyces neyagawensis HYJ0209-MK50 having Microcystis-lysing and its growth-inhibiting activities is provided, thereby effectively and environment-friendly treating eutrophication caused by Microcystis. CONSTITUTION: The microorganism Streptomyces neyagawensis HYJ0209-MK50(KCCM-10463) having Microcystis-lysing and its growth-inhibiting activities is provided, wherein Streptomyces neyagawensis HYJ0209-MK50(KCCM-10463) is isolated from the sediment soil in the lake; and the Microcystis is Microcystis aeruginosa and Oscillatoria sancta.
