METHOD FOR COLLECTING USER SITUATION BASED ON INPUTTED CHARACTERS USING INTERACTIVE INTERFACE

PURPOSE: A method for collecting a user situation using an interactive interface is provided to collect the user situation based on texts inputted through the interactive interface using a user character and offer service information fit to a user based on the collected situation. CONSTITUTION: Chatting information is inputted through a chatting input window of a user terminal(S10). The inputted chatting information is transferred to an interface data processor as a packet(S110). The inputted charring information is extracted through a parser(S120). The ChatBot recognizes situation information for a profile, context, the inputted information, a propensity, and a use history of the user based on the extracted chatting information(S130). It is judged which service is fit to the user based on the recognized situation information(S140).
