A predetermined range control procedure which is a control solution is used in a process control system having a controller that provides powerful control of the process. The process has at least one manipulation variable and at least one control variable. The dynamic optimization providing method includes calculating a set of optimized steady state values of the manipulated variable and the controlled variable. The magnification range control procedure is created to match a set of steady values with the control solution. The generation of the manipulation variable enables the control solution to be compatible with the set of steady-state values, thereby resolving the magnification control procedure. By controlling the process in accordance with the manipulated variable generated by the magnified-range control procedure, the process provides optimal control of the process.
