摘要
PURPOSE: Provided are novel Bacillus lentimorbus GB-102 isolated from soybean paste and feed additives made by fermenting the strain on lupin seed medium. The Bacillus lentimorbus GB-102(KCTC 18094P) mass-produces digestion enzymes, such as amylase, protease, cellulase or the like, and the feed additives decrease the generation of ammonia gas from excretions of domestic animals. CONSTITUTION: The Bacillus lentimorbus GB-102(KCTC 18094P) is isolated from soybean paste and produces digestion enzymes, such as amylase, protease, cellulase or the like massively. It is fermented by the steps of: adding lupin seeds to a medium then controlling moisture content to 40-60%; sterilizing the medium at 121 deg.C for 20 minutes; inoculating the Bacillus lentimorbus GB-102(KCTC 18094P) to be 1x10¬6 cfu/ml; and culturing the medium at 37 deg.C.
