PURPOSE: A contact data management system is provided to modify errors of phone numbers and addresses of customers, standardize the phone numbers and addresses of customers and update them so that it enables an effective customer marketing. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a standardization process module(P1), an integration process module(P2), a grouping process module(P3), a benchmarking process module(P4) and a data addition process module(P5). The standardization process module(P1) standardizes social security numbers, telephone numbers, zip codes, addresses and other data. The integration process module(P2) matches the single data and integrates the single data after processing duplicated data if there exists duplicated data. The grouping process module(P3) groups members of a group by designating the phone number and address as a key. The benchmarking process module(P4) assures the telephone number and addresses. The data addition process module(P5) adds various data to a customer management data.
