PURPOSE: A high rate differential planetary reducing device is provided to considerably reduce speed through a fine difference of the number of teeth of each gear, and to prevent a change of occurrence of heat, mechanical noise, and damping efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A high rate differential planetary reducing device includes a pair of first planetary gears(4), a pair of second planetary gears(5), a sun gear(3), a first internal gear(6) engaging the first planetary gears, and a second internal gear(7) engaging the second planetary gears. The sun gear is mounted at an end of an input shaft(1). The first planetary gears engage the sun gear. The second planetary gears are formed integrally with the first planetary gears and form a concentric circle with the first planetary gears. The first and second planetary gears are at right angles to each other and engaged to the sun gear. The number of teeth of the sun gear and the first internal gear are a multiple of 4. The number of the first planetary gears and the second internal gears are a multiple of 2.
