MULTISTAGE CLASSIFIER OF PULVERIZER FOR THERMAL POWER PLANT

PURPOSE: A multistage classifier of fine coal is provided to improve the fineness of the fine coal by using an existing motor and an existing exhaust pipe. CONSTITUTION: Many blades(311) are inclined in the opposite direction to the rotating direction of an external separating device(310). Many blades are inclined in an internal separating device equally or symmetrically to the blades of an external separating device. The internal separating device is inserted in the external separating device. A bottom portion(330) shields a coal inlet pipe conically. A perforation hole(331) is formed in the bottom portion to close the lower parts of the external separating device and the internal separating device. Thereby, the fineness of fine coal is improved.
