摘要

PURPOSE: A method for standardizing fiction welding process of nickel-base superalloy and heat resisting steel is provided to decrease consumption of energy and metal and improve mechanical properties of the bonding surface in bonding different kinds of large metal materials, and to manage process easily by removing impurities from the surface in welding. CONSTITUTION: Base metal(3) is fastened to a spindle(1), and base metal(4) is fixed to a table chuck(2). The base metal is rotated at high speed by the spindle, and two base metals are pressed and frictionized with primary pressure and secondary pressure by transferring the table chuck. The spindle is stopped suddenly, and the two base metals are pressed and forged with stronger pressure. Two kinds of metal materials having over 500 mm in diameter are bonded with heating and welding the bonding surfaces by friction heat from the contact surfaces through relative motion.
