Methods of paving cement concrete roads and of making cement blocks using waste gypsum

PURPOSE: A process for the pavement of road with cement concrete and a method for preparing cement block are provided to utilize waste plaster generated as a by-product during extracting phosphoric acid from natural phosphate ore added with sulfuric acid. CONSTITUTION: The pavement process of road comprises the following steps of preparing a cement concrete including 100-1500kg of waste plaster; 100-500kg of cement; water in a desired amount to reach 35% or less of the relative ratio of water to cement; less than 5% of water-reducing agent based on the amount of cement used to have 0-3cm of slump value; spreading the produced cement concrete over road and treading down the road in 100% or more than known sample; spraying water onto the trod down surface in 1.2kg or less of amount per 1 m¬2 of the surface area. The cement concrete can further contain 20% or less of fine waste glass based on 100 percent of waste plaster.
