PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing CaSO4 TL(thermoluminescent materials) element which can determine an exposure dose and an accident time when the accident occurs. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing CaSO4:(Dy,Mn) TL element, comprises the steps of (i) respectively forming CaSO4:Dy TL powder and CaSO4:Mn TL powder and mixing the powder with phosphorus compound, (ii) pressing the mixed TL powder to form a powder mold, and (iii) sintering the powder mold. The TL element comprises 0.1-2.0 mol% of Dy and 0.08-2.0 mol% of Mn, based on CaSO4. The pressing is performed at 100-300 MPa, and the sintering is performed at 500-700 deg.C.
