HEAT EXCHANGER OF BOILER TO COMPACT AND TO INCREASE HEAT EFFICIENCY BY OBTAINING HEATING WATER AND HOT WATER THROUGH COMBUSTION HEAT OF BURNER

PURPOSE: A heat exchanger is provided to reduce a heating time of hot water and to minimize the energy consumption by heating the hot water through the combustion heat of a burner. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchange unit(300) comprises an upper plate, a partition, dividing plates(303) and a flue. The partition divides a space to hot water heat exchange chambers under the upper plate. The dividing plates are layered between the partition and the lower plate to have a space passing through hot water and heating water by punching through holes differently. The flue exchanges heat between the heating water and the hot water by penetrating the dividing plates, the upper plate, the partition and the lower plate and passing combustion heat of a burner(200). Thereby, the heating time and the consumed fuel are saved by directly heating the hot water and the heating water through the combustion heat of the burner.
