PURPOSE: A girdle trunks for men containing a belly-band having a finger-pressure function is provided. Therefore, the girdle trunks effectively support the whole belly to maintain a normal body contour, protect the waist from hernia of intervertebral discs and prevent male premature ejaculation. CONSTITUTION: The girdle trunks containing a belly-band comprises: a body part(100) for supporting and protecting the waist, back and belly of a man while separately accommodating the penis and scrotum thereof; a leg insertion part(200) containing a flexible fabric mesh at the groin and buttocks to allow well ventilation on the penis and scrotum thereof; and a belt(300,301,302,303,304,305) for fastening the waist, back and belly thereof by being connected to the front, right and left of the body part at regular intervals. The body part, insertion part and belt comprise a flexible elastic fiber or a substantially non-elastic fiber.
