PURPOSE: A wireless payment terminal, a commodity sale-wireless payment system, and commodity sale-wireless payment system based on the Internet using the terminal and the system are provided to obtain commodity information with respect to a commodity selling device by communicating with the commodity selling device by wireless directly and to pay a cost with respect to a commodity sale rapidly using a smart card. CONSTITUTION: A wireless payment terminal(100) includes a liquid crystal display device(110), a series of input keys(120), and a direction control key(130) for controlling a movement of a cursor on the upper surface thereof. An IRDA port which is an infrared ray communication port(140) and a bluetooth(150) which is a wireless frequency communication port are mounted on the upper end surface of the wireless payment terminal(100). A smart card insertion hole(160) capable of inserting a smart card(200) is located at the left end surface. A lithium secondary battery(170) is mounted at the lower portion of the rear surface of the wireless payment terminal(100). If the smart card(200) including an electronic money or credit information is inserted and a power button out of the input keys(120) is pressed, the wireless payment terminal(100) is operated, and infrared rays or an electromagnetic wave being emitted from a peripheral commodity selling device is sensed from communication ports.
