FLOOR ORNAMENT CONTAINING CHIP LAYER OF PVC PASTE RESIN CAPABLE OF PROVIDING NATURAL MARBLE

PURPOSE: Provided is a floor ornament made of chips formed from only a PVC paste resin through extrusion molding, which has a natural pastel shade and tactile impression as a natural marble. CONSTITUTION: Chip material of PVC resin is primarily blended without using a filler, and is secondarily blended in an extruder. After pre-gelling, the blended chip is crushed to form inlaid chips. The chip material consists of 100 PHR of PVC resin, 20 to 50 PHR of plasticizer, 1.5 to 5 PHR of stabilizer, 0.2 to 0.8 PHR of lubricant, and 0.5 to 3.0 PHR of pigment. The crushed inlaid chip has an average grain diameter of 0.5 to 8 mm. The extruder is operated under a condition of a temperature of 120 to 260 degrees in a first region and 125 to 165 degrees in a second region, and a rotational speed of 20 to 80 rpm.
