PURPOSE: Provided is a method of preparing scorched rice snack showing rice grains, thereby giving the manufactured scorched rice snack to have soft and crispy taste. CONSTITUTION: A method of preparing scorched rice snack is characterized by the steps of: washing and dipping rice; steaming the rice; forming the steamed rice into a sheet shape; and drying and frying the rice sheet.
