Manufacturing Device and Method for Ball-Pen Tip

PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for making a ball-point pen tip is provided to cut a pipe for a tip use and form a taper portion on the front end by using a cutting member with a V-shaped front end. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of cutting members(10) rotate along the circumferential surface of a pipe(2) for a tip use and has a chipper blade(12) formed in a V-shape. A plurality of assembling members(20) rotatably assemble the cutting members. A rotary member(30) has one side face where the assembling members are assembled in such a manner that they are divided at a predetermined angle and are slidably movable and the other side face where a rotary force source is connected. A moving unit(42,44) moves the assembling members in a radial direction.
