The Simple manufacturing process for the heme-iron from hemoglobin

PURPOSE: Simple manufacturing process of heme-iron from hemoglobin by treating endo-type and exo-type proteases simultaneously. Therefore, manufactured powdery heme-iron is useful in the field of food and medical industries. CONSTITUTION: The simple manufacturing process of heme-iron from hemoglobin comprises the steps of: simultaneously endo typed protease and exo typed protease which have different protein decomposition mechanisms to obtain enzyme hydrolysates; selectively precipitating heme-iron by controlling pH of enzyme hydrolysate; and separating and drying the heme-iron.
