PURPOSE: An electronic commercial transaction setting a commodity discounting ratio based on a client and a system for operating an investment using the transaction are provided to obtain a profit with respect to the depositing money by setting a commodity discount rate including a margin of an ISP and using a predetermined money set by a client in the depositing money and accumulating money set by the commodity discount rate. CONSTITUTION: A client recognizes information of a commodity from an ISP, and directly sets a commodity selection and a commodity discount rate and transmits buying data of the commodity. The ISP decides whether a paying with respect to the corresponding commodity about the buying data is performed. If the paying is achieved, a database for depositing money and accumulating money set by a predetermined rate in accordance with a commodity selling being responded to the commodity discount rate set by a client is made. The ISP invests to a stock item or a financial institution using the depositing money and distributes a profit in accordance with the investment result to the client.
