PURPOSE: A simple freezing steel pipe jacking method is provided to restrain the additional required costs for a jacking work, to obtain the maximum freezing effects of the ground in a short time and to prevent an accident caused by an oxygen deficiency in a face. CONSTITUTION: The simple freezing steel pipe jacking method comprises the steps of: after completing a jacking work in the daytime, a pre-jacking a simple freezing steel pipe(1) into the depth of 3 meters; settling and cutting off the ground of an aquifer by freezing the ground around the simple freezing steel pipe(1) for 12 hours at night by interposing dry ice into a dry ice cartridge; absorbing carbon dioxide caused by deicing dry ice by a carbon dioxide absorber through a connection pipe to prevent a labor accident caused by an environmental oxygen deficiency in a face; and excavating the 3-meter frozen earth and jacking a thrust head pipe(C) into the depth of 3 meters using a hydraulic jack(23).
