PURPOSE: A twist machine for training a whole body is provided to train user's respective body regions such as abdomen, waist, breast, arm, leg and shoulder universally, thereby obtaining a muscular strength enlargement and a weight control. CONSTITUTION: The twist machine for training a whole body includes a base(10), a rotational column(20) rotatably installed to the base, a seat(30) provided on an upper portion of the rotational column, a handle(66) installed rotatably about the rotational column, and a counter rotating device for rotating the column and handle in a counter direction relative to each other when any one of the column and handle is rotated. The counter rotating device consists of a sun gear(70) mounted to the column, a plurality of planetary gears(72) rotatably mounted to the base as to be engaged with the sun gear, and a ring gear(50) engaged with the planetary gear and connected with the handle.
